“The Insider” has learned that Melissa Etheridge filed papers in Los Angeles Friday to officially end her domestic partnership with Tammy Lynn Micheals. In the papers, Etheridge cites irreconcilable differences as the cause for the split, and asks to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to Michaels. She also asks for joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s two children – daughter Johnnie, 3, and son Miller, 3.
