Tori Spelling‘s husband Dean McDermott tweeted updates about his condition following a dirt bike accident that put him in an intensive care unit. He has since been released from ICU, according to his wife’s tweets, but says he had a scare over the holiday weekend. On Friday, July 2, McDermott wrote: “OMG!!!!! My catheter is stuck and won’t come out. I’m waiting for the doctor to get here and give it a try. Gotta be honest, I’m scared!!” The following day the reality star offered an update, tweeting: “I had the worst night. Catheter cut me up coming out. Unbelievable pain. I got a fever of 104 and was throwing up. Fun, WOW!!!” Once July 4th rolled around, McDermott seemed to be in better spirits, tweeting about his family, writing: “Happy 4th everyone!!! Feeling better today. Tori asked [our son] Liam who his best friend was and he said, ‘Dean is. He is my brother.’ Made [me] cry.” As for his recovery, McDermott wrote: “I’m healing slowly, I’ll be doing rehab for a while I messed a few things up when I crashed.”

Jenna Fischer of “The Office” has tied the knot. Fischer married writer Lee Kirk on Saturday in front of family and friends, a rep for the actress tells “The Insider.” The couple got engaged in Europe in June 2009. Fischer and her first husband, director James Gunn, divorced in 2007.

“The Insider” has learned that Melissa Etheridge filed papers in Los Angeles Friday to officially end her domestic partnership with Tammy Lynn Micheals. In the papers, Etheridge cites irreconcilable differences as the cause for the split, and asks to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to Michaels. She also asks for joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s two children – daughter Johnnie, 3, and son Miller, 3.

Paris Hilton is speaking out after news broke that she has been detained and then cleared in an incident related to suspicion of marijuana possession in South Africa. The heiress tweeted, “Everything is fine guys. I had nothing to do with it.” Following that she tweeted: “Hey guys, there’s a lot of crazy rumors going around. Just want you all to know the truth. Everything is completely fine. I was not charged or arrested, cause I didn’t do anything. I was assisting the police with the investigation and answering their questions. Everyone was super nice and friendly to me. I love South Africa! Such an amazing place, especially during The World Cup! Hope that clears everything up. Love you guys, thanks for your concern. Xoxo P.” Her rep told “The Insider” Friday: “Paris Hilton was questioned today by police in South Africa on allegations of smoking marijuana. However I can confirm that the incident was a complete misunderstanding and it was actually another person in the group who did it.” “The case has been dropped against Paris and no charges will be made. The authorities have apologized for wrongfully accusing her since she had nothing to do with the incident,” Hilton’s rep added.
